Dr. Phillips' office is conveniently located at 8648 Old Troy Pike in Huber Heights OH. Take I-70 to Old Troy Pike, Exit #36. Go north on Old Troy Pike and the practice is just two buildings past the Saturn Car Dealership. The office is in a red brick building on the same side of the street as the car dealership.
